First trimester symptoms?

I am nearly 7 weeks pregnant and I am having hardly any tell tell symptoms (apart from heavy breasts). Did or is anyone else going through this also? Trying not to be paranoid but I don't seem to feel pregnant yet. Ps: this is my second pregnancy. Thank you! X

I personally had symptoms, but my friend who is also pregnant had next to no symptoms in her 1st trimester (only felt a bit more tired than usual). My grandma also said she didn’t suffer with symptoms either with any of her 3 pregnancies, one in which she had twins!

Every pregnancy is different, it’s just as normal to have no symptoms.
