Pelvic pressure at 35 weeks?

I'll be 35 weeks on Monday. For the last couple of days I'm feeling a lot of pressure in my back and pelvis (almost like I need the loo!) which is really uncomfortable. I've had some braxton hicks over the last couple of weeks but nothing consistent or really painful.

Is this normal or a sign of labour?

I'm also 35 weeks and have felt a lot of pressure. Baby's engaged now and she's facing down so I guess that's what causing it. I've had braxton Hicks and feeling a bit off but think it's fairly normal.

I seen the midwife yesterday and she wasn't overly bothered so 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

Oh my goodness I could have written this post! I’m 35 weeks today and the last week have had so much pressure. Back and hips ache. Belly is so tight. Baby feels super low - hiccups feel especially low! I have also been peeing so frequently and also number 2 about 3 times a day (sorry tmi). Think baby must be pressing down.
I honestly don’t know how I can do another 5-7 weeks of this!

Glad it's not just me and you both have had the same!! Sometimes I feel like there is so much pressure if I stand up she will just fall out!! (Wishful thinking!!!!!)

@Happythoughts123 honestly all of that is exactly how I'm feeling. Every movement is hitting my bladder too, it's so unpleasant! Sleeping is a nightmare too, constant tossing and turning because nothing is comfortable.

Have had such an easy pregnancy so far but I'm soo uncomfortable all the time now, don't know how I'm going to cope the next few weeks!

I'm 37 weeks and also feeling this. Sometimes it's worse than others and I find it can be worse when I'm walking. Sometimes I feel like my waters are just going to pop! I get strong urges to go for a wee but then when I do it's only a small one! Also feeling quite uncomfortable at night as turning over is a mission but I get back/hip pain if I stay in one position for too long. I've had a really good pregnancy so far though so can't really complain too much!

I felt this from 32 weeks. He was engaged from about then and I was convinced he was going to arrive early but alas he was induced at 31+5. Even then he didnt want to come out and was born by emcs 34 hours later.
Hope you ladies have better luck Flowers

Sorry ment to say 41 +5

I’m 35 weeks as of tomorrow too and today felt a lot of pressure down below. I’ve been regularly getting braxton hicks which freak me out slightly. This is my first so imagine I have a long way to go before she’ll make an appearance

My waters broke at 35 weeks! I'd been telling my mum that I felt a lot of pressure, as if I was going to burst - and then I did Grin But that was my second baby, first one I went to 41 + 3 and took 2 days to labour....

I remember feeling like this at 34/35 weeks I was convinced I was going to have the baby. But he stayed in until 38 weeks. At my 36 week appointment my midwife said his head was well engaged and she thought I might have him before my 38 week appointment. She was right as I went into labour the night before my appointment.
