Not gaining any weight

I'm now 24 weeks and haven't gained a single pound since I was weighed at my booking appointment. I do however have gestational diabetes so I'm more careful with meals and I haven't been snacking. Baby is measuring fine and developing well but should I be worried about not gaining weight?
My first pregnancy I gained over 2 stone and in my last pregnancy it was around 1.5 stone. In total I've gained 6 pound since pre-pregnancy

I am currently 19 weeks so not as far as you but I have only put on 1kg. I did but loads of weight in my first pregnancy which I found very difficult to lose. So I think for me it is because I am not eating loads like before.
If the baby is healthy then that is all that matters :)

I was only 7lbs over prepregnancy weight at 24 weeks. I lost quite a bit of weight in the first trimester though.
My weight gain has been slow but steady (1-3lbs a month) . I was worried so I asked my midwife at my 28 week check and she weighed me and was happy with my weight. It might be worth asking your midwife next time you see them for a bit of reassurance. If baby is measuring fine it's clearly getting everything it's needs from you. How are you feeling? Do you feel like your getting enough to eat?

I lost weight. Quite a bit in the first trimester, then presumably a continued slow loss that counteracted the gain out front. All was well, growth for baby was fine, I got slimmer elsewhere (I'm looking at you, arse and thighs) and midwives were not fussed. Did pile it all back on during mat leave ... bugger.

I think it's all relative to your starting weight, those who start heavier are less likely to put on weight in general. I've even had plus size friends lose weight during pregnancy!

@Clemmie83 I wasn't over weight to start with.
@Superscientist unfortunately there's no face to face at the moment and every phone call has either be cancelled or just not happened. I do have a consultants appointment at the end of July though. I'm not hungry, I think it maybe the lack of carbs and sugar (due to the gestational diabetes) that's making me not gain any?

Thanks all, you've put my mind at rest after my panic!
