Headache/increased thirst

Hi, I'm 22 weeks. Have had a headache for the last 4 days that ranges from throbbing to dull. Painkillers don't shift it completely. Unusual for me. I've also been incredibly thirsty. I don't have my first face to face midwife appointment until 28 weeks. Should I be concerned?

Personally I would contact your midwife as that can be a sign of gestational diabetes.
