I came off the pill 4 weeks ago tomorrow and decided to test this morning as feeling sick and tired. 3 tests, all faint lines.. should I get excited?

A line whether it's faint or not is a positive!

Yes, a faint line is still a line! Wait a couple of days and then do another test with the first urine of the morning. The line will hopefully be darker as your HCG levels double daily. Congratulations!
