Please help,

According to my dates I'm 7 weeks pregnant.
I've not felt like myself last few days and after previous miscarriages I just started to panic so foolishly I took a clear blue test and now it's gone from
3+ to 2-3 and so now I've totally worked myself up thinking my HCG levels are dropping!!

Has this happened to anyone else before? Do you think I should seek some
Guidance from the midwives?

Thanks

After a certain point, HcG levels can get too strong for tests to handle very well. You can tell when that's the case if you dilute the urine with water and then get a stronger line. In my case, lines stated to get fainter around six weeks, unless I diluted the wee. I had a normal, healthy pregnancy!

It's called the hook effect.

I can't stand those digital tests tbh, there are
so many posts on here from women using them and being really confused and stressed out by them.
First of all, they are not the most accurate for dating a pregnancy anyway and second, it's completely pointless testing at all after about 5/6 weeks once your hcg levels go up beyond a certain point

@sel2223 @ScarfLadysBag thank you so much both!
Honestly I was having such a stress on and working myself up!
I know a lot of people who say the clearblue digital tests are known to cause stress and be incorrect!

I'll have a look at the hook effect now! Thank you so much both!!
