Heart palpitations

Hey, I am now 25 weeks for the past few weeks I have been having heart palpitations, they are getting worse/more frequent the last few weeks.
After a little googling (I know I shouldn’t it appears they are normal in pregnancy).
Should I let my midwife know, should I speak to my dr or do I just get used to them?

Definitely speak to your midwife or gp. I had this, they found I was anaemic and they've stopped since being on iron tablets.

I also had them and was anaemic. I'd speak to your midwife.

I’m 22 weeks and I have these, sometimes they are really frequent, on and off all day and then I’ll go days without feeling them. I’m going mention it to my midwife at my next appointment but I have also read it’s common in pregnancy.
