Hi ladies I'll be 30 weeks pregnant on Thursday and really struggling to find the right nursing bra. Obviously due to the shops being closed I'm so unsure of what size to buy and the best place to buy one from, Any advice /recommendations please.

Depends on your size. I always buy from Bravissimo since I have quite big breasts. At 21 weeks I'm a 30H.

I bought nursing bras for during the pregnancy so they work for breastfeeding as well. I prefer my bras padded so my nipples don't stick out, but that's personal preference. They have different styles

I've always just used the soft ones from amazon. H&M also do some similar ones that are a bit prettier. I wouldn't invest in any expensive ones until your supply settles down about 6 weeks post partum.

Awful name but 5 months in to being a mum and I've found Hot Milk to be great. Theyve got a £10 discount for June - code is RELAXANDENJOY

Emma Jane does one that grows 3 cup sizes with you, so handy as during the first few weeks of breastfeeding mine changed size daily!!

Measure yourself, loads of guides online. But it seems like the size that measurements tell you you are, is the size on the loosest hook. So if you think you might get any bigger, size up on the band! I'm a FTM so don't quote me on it, but I think once your milk comes in you should finally have stopped getting bigger. At 30 weeks you'll probably want to allow more room to grow, so something to bear in mind.

Course, I might be talking rubbish - I'm still waiting for my online order of bras to come! (Returned one based on the "right" measurements due to the above mentioned issue with it fitting only on the loosest hooks!)

Marks & spencer have some lovely comfortable and reasonably priced maternity bras! I've gone for up 1 back size and up 2 cup sizes and that seems about right with a good amount of room left for when the milk comes in x

I really wouldn't be trying to guess at what size you're going to need. My boobs didn't get any bigger when feeding my two, other than for a day or so when they're engorged.

Has anyone got any recommendations for nursing bras in larger sizes? It seems lots of mainstream/highstreet options do larger cup size but stop at 38 back. At the moment I'm wearing a 42D but may need to go bigger as I'm 29 weeks. Like a pp I also prefer padding, quite well endowed in the nipple department and don't want to take anyone's eye out Blush

@WutheringShites86 like I said before, Bravissimo is great for bigger sizes. Maybe a little pricey... but at the moment I'm a 30H! They really go big on back and cup sizes. I get my bikinis from there as well.

I could never find bras my size because I have a very small back, I'm usually a 28FF, and most brands do bigger cups only from 30 or 32 back Sad

I’ve tried a few through pregnancy and found most uncomfortable. I’m now 34F and 37 weeks pregnant. I brought a crop top type one of Amazon for £7 and it the most comfortable yet! Just soft and gentle holds the boobs 😊
