I need some advice or even someone to talk to. I'm 3 days away from my period being due. I tested yesterday afternoon on a sainsburys 2 pack HPT as I've been having symptoms on and off including cramping at 5 days before period which has now gone. I've been feeling very nauseous, tired, emotional, tingly feelings in my boobs etc...straight away I had a line come up although super feint. I did the other test and the same thing happened. I had an Accutest in my bag. The mid stream one. I did it this morning and I can't see anything at all. I have had positives on both of these brands before and also negatives. I've had 3 consecutive miscarriages in the last 18 months. The pregnancy earlier this year i even saw the heartbeat. I had sort of given up. But don't know what to think now. I know Sainsburys tests have bad reviews so I don't know if it's that or if it's something else. Any advice? X

I think I see something but blue dye tests are notoriously bad - could you get a first response?

Elephantonascooter · 09/06/2020 10:53

I'm sorry, I can't see anything. Get a pink dye test and use the first pee of the day

I can definitely see something in real life. It's obviously that feint that it isn't coming on the camera. It started as one of those skinny lines to the side. But then I see the thicker shadow behind it. I will go and get a more expensive pink one. The co op accutest is a pink one. If I'm not pregnant then I'm not. I'm just wondering why I feel so sick and dizzy and have so many other symptoms. Maybe it's wishful thinking. I've attached two more photos. One with the blue dye and one with the pink. Thanks for replying. X

It's these two I used. Both cheapies. The digital I was going to use if I got a line this morning.

The sainsburys ones aren't great.. They've given me false postives before, can't see anything on the pink one.. Don't use a digital yet either cause they aren't as sensitive.. I always go clear blue to confirm. Good luck Flowers

I will do. I've read so many of other peoples similar situations. I only tested as I feel so rough. I've even rang Sainsburys customer services to ask them what they had to say on the feedback. Basically I got 'well if you have any doubt contact your GP' plus she said that if you have a hormone imbalance this can effect the result!! Never heard that one before.
When I was pregnant in January I waited until a week after my period was due as I spent so many months last year testing early and getting nothing. This came up with a lovely strong positive. Thanks again for the reply.
