Does this sound like thrush?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant with twins and have a red itchy patch next to my vaginal lips (just on one side) - sorry if TMI I had it a few weeks ago but on the fold where my thigh is so not really close to the vagina. I'm generally producing more discharge so not sure if the increased wetness is irritating me down there. I used sudacrem when it was on my thigh and it went pretty quickly. Also can't really shave very well down there at the moment so the hair could be irritating me. I'm seeing my Dr on Wednesday so will ask then but wondered if anyone had experienced similar. TIA

Without sounding gross, thrush smells really bad and your discharge looks like cottage cheese 🤢🤢🤢 so I doubt its that.
You could have BV (bacterial vaginosis) or just a general yeast infection.
Keep a cold flannel on your vagina and if you've got it, lidocaine, just to keep the discomfort down.
Best advice I can offer at the moment, but see what your doctor says 🥰
