Can anyone share their BBT chart that lead to BFP please ?
I had a huge dip below yesterday at 6dpo and today it’s shot back up high

@Louisac93 yes day 19 was my ovulation and that matches up with my scans etc. I'm 25+6 now.

Here’s mine. Even though I was obsessed looking for them I had no telltale dips so was not expecting my bfp at 10dpo!

Only difference on my bfp month was I had a 'fallback rise' at 2dpo which I'd never had before!

Hey not sure if you mean me? I have short cycles so I tested the day before my AF was due

sorry to jump on this post but i have been tracking for 1 year now. can someone give me fees back on my chart. im currently 8dpo

A 6dpo dip is fairly normal! It's due to a secondary estrogen surge caused by the corpus luteum. Don't read too much into it :)

@lisa838 ours look pretty similar and I got my bfp this month, stopped taking my temp after (and I have a short luteal phase hence why I tested early). I'm not an expert though and everyone is different, I guess it depends what is normal for you? My 'normal' luteal phase temps would go up and down each day in a little zig zag so I did think something was up when it just kept going up.

@Sassy144 my chart is usually all over. its never steady like now. im only 8dpo. im scared to test and to get bfn and i only have 1 test. i just so much want to have a baby. my boobs are supersore but i can get that with pms too sometimes. i dnt get pms every month. AF isnt due for another 7 days eaither

@lisa838 wait a little longer if you can! I got a v faint bfp on 9dpo but that was the day before af was due. I got stronger bfps from 11dpo onwards. I tested negative on 7dpo because I was impatient. Good luck!
