Hi, 18 weeks pregnant and have been furloughed since March. Without work I am finding it a struggle to stay active I have to be honest. I'm trying to get out a walk most days but that aside I'm not doing very much. I would find myself on the go quite a bit at work so I'm missing it. Has anyone found any good online stretching classes or light exercises for at home? Anything high impact is out due to my ever expanding chest 😂
