Hey guys. This is my first thread and I’ve tried looking online and no answers so far. I am 18w with my 3rd pregnancy and I have had a pain in my right side when I walk for about 12 weeks now. It’s not there all the time but I can’t figure out what it is or how to ease it. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!!

I'm 24 weeks and most of my pain has been on my right side right from early on in my pregnancy.
They do say not to stretch out but hips circles, having a walk, shower/bath and popping your feet up should help. Paracetamol as well, but I don't bother as it doesn't work for me.
Pregnancy yoga is a good one as it helps your body relax, which should help your muscles and any pain you're in.

Thank you! I’ve tried all the exercises given to me by the physio but they just aren’t helping. I also have really bad pelvic pain so I was given a belt for that but all it does it hurt my side and hip more. I will definitely give yoga a try!! Smile
