Diverticulitis in pregnancy

Hi.
Just wondering if anyone had experience of this. I'm currently 7 + 3 weeks and I think I'm having beginning with a diverticulitis flare up. Worried it might harm the pregnancy.

Why do you think you have that OP? Have you had it before?
A lot of pregnant women suffer with their bowels throughout pregnancy, whether it's constipation or diarrhoea and have a perfectly pregnancy.
You might want to speak to your doctor about it if you've been diagnosed, just to put your mind at rest.

Yes, I've had previous flare ups which have required antibiotics, anti spasm tablets and strong pain killers. I am going to try to speak to my GP today.
