Hi ladies! I'm 33 +2 with my first baby. I've been having Braxton hicks since 2pm yesterday quite regularly every 6-10 mins lasting about 20-30 seconds.. no pain and no fluid leaks etc at all. I did call pregnancy assessment unit yesterday after experiencing them for a few hours and they said to call back if they get painful or if I loose any type of fluid . I'm still getting them this morning quite regularly but still no pain or any other symptom . Has anyone else experienced them for this long? Any advice on how to relieve them as such? I did have a bath last night where I didn't notice them whilst in the bath but they then started up again as I got out . Thank you 😊 x
