Small baby clothes

I've been told that I'm going to be induced early at 38 weeks due to a Low Papp-A baby being small and now high blood pressure.
My little man is estimated to be around 6lb at that time.
What clothes should I buy? Size?
I've got lots of 0-1 month, and a few newborn items, should i be buying something smaller or just a few more newborn items?

I would only get a few and get more when needed. I've known more that a few people who have been told their baby will be small and all have been over 7lb

My 8lb fit into newborn for quite a while so I'd possibly pick up a couple more.
