All day I've had like a dull ache in my lower back, it sometimes feels like period cramps. It's not very very painful but it's not going. I didn't get this on my last baby, in fact I never even went into labour on my last i ended up having a section at 40+13.
I'm just wondering if anyone else had this because online it says it could be preterm labour and I'm just hoping that it's not for obvious reasons.
