Hi ladies

I have been aking pregnacare plus (the one with the omega 3 tablet as well as the usual one). I cant get hold of it anywhere now so switched to pregnacare original with the one tablet.

Will this be ok? It wont so any harm to switch?

Sorry for such a silly question!

If that is the only difference, and you really want to still take omega 3, just buy it separately.

You do realise that if you compare the ingredients on pregnacare, and the pregnancy multivitamins from say boots, asda and Tesco own brand, they are almost identical, yet a fraction of the price or pregnacare?

The original is what I'm taking
You'll be fine x

We took the original and added additional omega 3 tablets

I've switched a couple of times without problem.
I've just ordered some max ones from amazon.

I'm taking pregnacare and a separate omega 3 supplement. Check the quantities because most of the separate omega 3 supplements you need to take 2 (this is on the packaging) to get the recommended omega 3 whereas with pregnacare you only need 1.

I started out taking just the normal tablet, only switched to the one with omega three as a friend had some left over from her pregnancy. I’ve not been going to shops so I ordered my next batch of the max type off amazon. But if I couldn’t get those I’d happily just take the one tablet kind.
