I am 38+4 and struggling to get comfortable in bed. I know it's common at this stage due to size of bump but it's starting to take its toll.

I haven't really slept much at all over the past week thanks to a combination of getting up 4/5 times during the night to pee and painful hips, back and bump when lying down.

I have a full body pregnancy pillow but it doesn't offer much bump support so I tried a normal pillow under bump but that's no help either 😣 I'm usually a back sleeper so it's been difficult to sleep on my side these past few months but it's been doable up until recently.

I'm considering propping myself up in bed so that my shoulders are evaluated and I'm in a slouched seated position. Is this enough to take the pressure of the vena cava?
