Possible Twin pregnancy?

Hi everyone, I just found out few days ago that I'm expecting my second baby, feeling so happy! 🙂
For some reason days before getting bfp I had a dream about giving birth to twin girls. I didn't think much of it tho.
I know when I ovulated as I used LH tests.
In fact I know when the implantation happened, I had cramps 4-5-6 dpo, rather painful ones and 6dpo it woke me up at night, like a very painful period cramp on both sides, I was sweating like an animal lol.
7dpo 5pm I thought I would POS but thought it would be negative anyway. But it wasn't, line came up straight away.
I was shocked!!! 8dpo I have done FRER, Clearblue, Clearblue Digi all strong positives. Tomorrow I will do a Clearblue Digi one that shows how many weeks I am.
I was stunned by this early positive.
With my son I got + at 10dpo and no symptoms until 6 weeks.
I already have nausea and feeling very emotional.

Could this be a twin pregnancy?

My DH had a dream about us having twin girls and then a baby boy. About 3 months later we found out I was 6 weeks pregnant with twins - albeit they are boys not girls.. found out super early because I had some bleeding and cramping on one side and they scanned me to make sure it wasn't an eptopic pregnancy. It was surreal the tech just said "both are fine" we were like.. both WHAAT!?

I had minimal sickness and symptoms with my twin pregnancy but with my second pregnancy with DS3 I was very sick and emotional early on - I don't know if that's common with subsequent pregnancies or not?

Hi @SquirtleSquad, omg I bet you were shocked when you found out you are having twins haha😁
It's so strange as I already suffer from heartburn and when I turn around in the bed at night I have sharp pains like round ligament pain.
All these symptoms came when I was about 16 weeks with DS.
I know every pregnancy is different tho. We shall see. I have a scan on the 4th of July🙂

I had a very vivid dream about having twins just after I found out I was pregnant. I can still remember the details of the dream. I also had such a strong feeling that i read up about signs of twin pregnancies and twins - but nothing was different to my first pregnancy. The day before my scan I told my sister I was sure it was twins.

It was still a shock when the scan confirmed it. MZ boys are now 13.

Z@Ribizli1102 - hey! I'm 14 weeks pregnant. From the day I tested which was one day before missed period ( like you my pregnancy test was so dark & showed instantly )...
I kept googling twin pregnancy & just imagining announcing to my family & friends it's twins! 12 week scan confirmed I'm having non identical twins! Good luck! X

Hi all, and congratulations.

My 4 year old told me I was pregnant, so I did a test and low and behold I was (was a shock as with both my boys I knew before my missed period I was) ever since that positive which was there before I finished peeing, my 5 year old keeps saying there's two babies he is adament. Now I keep finding myself googling twin pregnancy symptoms etc... Did any of you know you were having twins like instinct? I have my scan on the 10th July.
