Can nausea/sickness come and go?

Me again!

Yesterday I was asking for tips on how to cope with nausea and sickness after it had gradually got to an unbearable point from last Friday (when I was 6 weeks). I was being sick 10x a day and was about to ask the GP about medication in my phone appt I had booked today but...

7 weeks today and despite a little bit of slight nausea this morning, I am feeling much better. After not eating anything for pretty much 3 days I have manage to eat a full lunch and dinner, and whilst I was still slightly nauseous I was nowhere near as bad as yesterday.

Can nausea change suddenly from really awful to barely noticeable ? Is it something to be worried about or perfectly normal?

This is my first pregnancy so I think I'm just a bit nervous that I have no control over what's going on inside me!

All symptoms do come and go.
I was one of the fortunate ones who was never actually sick but most day I felt nauseous in the early weeks and it sooner went away around the 10 week mark.
Then yesterday I felt horrendous and thought I was going to be sick and I'm 24 weeks tomorrow!
Pregnancy can play havoc on our bodies. Just try and enjoy the less nauseous days whilst you can and eat as much as you can too to make up for all of your bad days! X
