Anyone else suffering from bad piles or thrombosed piles !?

If so can anyone please make me happier and tell me that they sort themselves out after delivery and if so how soon?

I assume you mean haemorrhoids? Have you spoken to a pharmacist to get some cream or suppositories to help? It depends on the extent of them whether they will resolve after delivery. In some cases they can be pushed back, but not always x

To be honest mine got worse in delivery. They are now internal rather than external. But it’s 3 years on and they’re still there. Same for my friend.

Sorry. Hopefully others will come on the thread and say it was fine for them!

mrssunshinexxx · 05/06/2020 08:15

Thanks both- they are external and one is just so painful and big been putting ice on 4 times a day witch hazel pads and cream from gp currently 37+6 so hopefully not much longer to go.

Can't stand the thought of being absolutely exhausted, trying to BF , potential tear from labour and bum issues on top of that! Fun

I didn't have them during pregnancy but thanks to pushing a kid out I now have one. It's not even big according to my
Doctor but 10 months down the line it still bleeds and I also had an anal fissure too 😩 sorry!

mrssunshinexxx · 05/06/2020 08:21

@20viona ouch! Is that from the birth ?! X

I think it was due to
Struggled go To the loo because of
The piles I was so tense! My daughter was only 5lb too 😂

IHateCoronavirus · 05/06/2020 08:25

Mine got better after delivery. Bloody awful things Flowers

mrssunshinexxx · 05/06/2020 08:31

@IHateCoronavirus yay how long are we talking

Ooh my youngest is 4 now so my memory is not too clear but it wasn’t long at all. For me I think it litterally was the weight and size of a baby squashing everything and making it bulge.
Fingers crossed it will be the same for you.

mrssunshinexxx · 05/06/2020 10:26

@IHateCoronavirus 🤞

I don't know if you can use suppositories during pregnancy but they are so much better than just the cream alone.

mrssunshinexxx · 05/06/2020 12:26

@20viona had been using them but there nothing internal the doctor checked so they are abit pointless for me x
