Fathers Day from bump

A friend has suggested getting a small thing from bump for DH on Fathers Day. I'm sure he'd love that but he's not a sentimental type, and I wouldn't want it to be anything cheesy. Any ideas? X

I’ve ordered a book called why I love my daddy, so they can read it for bedtime stories when baby is here.

I’ve not ordered it yet but my partner is a massive Liverpool fan so I was thinking of getting a Liverpool baby grow because I know it will mean a lot to him. We don’t know if it’s a boy or girl but regardless I’ve been assured the baby will be a Liverpool fan attending the matches with their daddy lol.

I ordered this from Etsy , thinks it's just a cute little something xx

Same as above, my partner is a Liverpool fan so have bought a Liverpool baby vest for him. He's also not the sentimental type at all and would have hated anything with a big "I love my daddy" printed across it!

I ordered one of them boom cards 😂😃 and I have a scan frame coming but that's sort of for both of us

Majorly cringeworthy. Wait until next year when the baby is safely here.

I'm making a video (well photo montage to music) of the story of the pregnancy. Other than me growing and then being in lockdown we had some really nice trips and experiences early on and I thought it'd be nice to remember them. I'll also basically be full term by Father's Day so it'll be the full story (almost!)

Wolfgirrl · 05/06/2020 09:21

I think the book idea is a lovely one. You can get nicely illustrated personalised ones on etsy.

@MittensTheSerpent
It's not for the couples who've gone through fertility issues for the last few years and we're finally past a milestone to be able to try and celebrate and think positive.
