Hii everyone

I haven't used this platform for sometime but I thought I would today for advice/experiences.

I had a scan today at 30+4, and the babys changed from head down to breech in the last few days. This is dc3 and I'v had a relatively simple and straightforward pregnancy and labour with the other two.

I had a midwife app on Tuesday and this baby was head down Confused

Anyway, does anyone have any previous experience of this and things you did to get baby to move position.
I'v read so much online and watched youtube videos but I would prefer real life examples of what actually will help.

Thank you :-)

Mine stayed breech and I had a beautiful ELCS. But I’m going to say 5 women I know through antenatal plus pregnancy yoga had breech it transverse lie and everyone else’s baby moved, some quite late.

I tried yoga, chirpractor, spending lots of time on birthing ball, tried an ECV (which was an waste of a morning).

30 weeks is still quite early for baby to get in position and i believe they it’s not your first, they can move very very late on.
