First movements - how strong?

Just wondering how strong the movements were the first time everyone felt them? 🤔 and what it felt like?

Finding it so hard to know if I’m feeling anything or not! 🙈

Like a butterfly flapping its wings

Like a muscle twitch, but only in the lower belly.

I agree with pp feels like a muscle spasm at first. I was probably feeling movement before I actually realised what it was lol.

I didn't feel anything till i was over 22 weeks and, even then, it took me a few days to decide it was definitely the baby!
It felt a bit like a light spasm or popping sensation very low down on my abdomen. I thought it might just be gas.

It feels like popcorn popping to me.

For me it felt like little bubbles popping really low down. It was really light and subtle at first and I'd have to be laying down and still to notice it. I first felt it around 16 weeks but it was very on and off and hard to catch until like 22 weeks or so.

For me they vary, sometimes it's lil flutters, a tap or like when u run your tounge on the inside of your cheek but more pleasurable, I didn't find out I was preggars until 13weeks because I got my period every month, the fetal movements made me suspicious also I had increased cm, this is my second baby.
