Clear/bloody nipple discharge

I'm 27 weeks and have had clear fluid leaking from both nipples for weeks now. Smallbamounts and I've thought nothing of it. I've noticed the past couple of weeks that my left is bleeding ever so slightly and wondered if this is something to contact the GP about? I'm a FTM so no idea what's within the realms of normal!

I would contact your midwife? Liquid from your nipples is most certainly milk (or colostrum I guess technically?!). You can harvest it if you are so inclined. The blood seems concerning!

Thanks @Betty98. Midwife said it could be hormonal but pointed me in the direction of my GP. Have a telephone consultation this afternoon so will see what they say!
