Anyone else suffering? For the past two weeks or so my sleeping pattern has gone to pot!
Im managing to get to sleep no problem but now wake up between 3 & 4 am and no matter how hard I try I can't get back to sleep!
I've got comfy pillows but regularly have to switch sides as my hips are now hurting!
This week my neck has also started aching each morning which I'm guessing means my sleep posture is wrong!
I wouldn't mind so much if I could catch up on my sleep during the day but I'm still working from home and regularly have online meetings mid afternoon. I even went to bed earlier last night to try to catch up on my sleep but that just meant I was awake earlier... 2am!!
Any tips or advice?

Yup! Had insomnia since 16 weeks, its hell! (30 weeks now) Up from 3/4am every night without fail and at mo im lucky if i get 3 hours sleep before that! The heat isnt helping as my feet are on fire so fan going all the time! And if one more person tells me its my body preparing for life after birth i’ll scream 😂

I had really bad insomnia with dd. I think it's your body preparing you for night feeds. I was always about 330am too.

In the end I would get up and have a tea with honey somtimes a snack, while watching David Attenborough. That would usually get me tired enough to go back to bed or fall asleep on the sofa.

Hi I’m 37 weeks, waking like every 90mins because of my hips or needing a wee! Keep waking up at 3:30/4. I’ve found I can get back to sleep if I don’t pick up my phone and just stay in bed, I know it’s really difficult but I managed to get back to sleep again today probably just before 5 then have slept until 8 🤩
