Started getting a heavy/pressure in my vagina, is this a bad sign?

No not necessarily. I’m on my third pregnancy (One kid, one miscarried at 8 weeks, and Now 18 weeks into this one) and in all three I got the ‘heavy’ feeling occasionally in the first trimester. I think it’s due to your uterus growing and moving slightly, and all that extra blood flow in the region

Later in pregnancy, sometime in the 2nd trimester probably, the uterus moves up into your abdomen and it goes away

Thank you for the honest reply! I think I’m overly anxious as had a mmc at 11 weeks last year. I had a lot less symptoms than this time though. I don’t remember getting vagina pressure then, but then the bleeding just kind of started with no warning.

I asked this around the same time as you and no one seemed to have it but I’m now 14+3 and as far as I’m aware everything is fine! I haven’t felt it since around 12 weeks I would say. Pregnancy definitely does make you feel/experience weird things!

I get this sort of pressure in my vagina/cervix when I'm on my period. I sometimes liken it to carrying a hard melon around in my lower abdomen. Sometimes hurts if I sit down.

I've had it on and off since being pregnant too. I assume it's just the uterus growing and doing what it should be doing.
