I’ll post an answer later today but interested in your thoughts first.

A lady who took my routine blood tests this morning said: not long to go now?

I’m 24 weeks with my second and this was taken yesterday.

If it’s your third, I’d say 22-28 weeks?

32 - 34

alison123345 · 03/06/2020 15:44

The answer is I’m 2 months postpartum. My third was 8.5lb at birth. My BMI pre pregnancy was 19.

That’s a shame really. When my second was 3 people on a train would offer me a seat. I managed to get it look better before this pregnancy with lots of gym visits, wish I could get back to gym soon.

Don’t stress about it OP! Your body has created life three times! That’s incredible. I understand grieving your old body though. I hated mine after DD was born. I’m only starting to like it again now I’m pregnant again.

2 months postpartum? That is a bit odd as you're so slim. Is it hard? Were you like this after the first two?

whatthefuckamigoingtodo · 03/06/2020 15:53

Your smaller than me when i was 2 months pp. i was huge all over!

whatthefuckamigoingtodo · 03/06/2020 15:53

And I should add I was very slim before

BeMorePacific · 03/06/2020 15:55

I’m going for 16 weeks.. showing early x

BeMorePacific · 03/06/2020 15:56

Ahh just saw your answer. Congratulations on the birth of your little one xx

16 Weeks

DamnShesaSexyChick · 03/06/2020 16:12

You’re either not being honest or you need to see someone about that it’s not normal

PeppaisaBitch · 03/06/2020 16:33

That's worrying because it's not weight all over. Have you had your 6week check. I would ask your heath visitor.

alison123345 · 03/06/2020 16:43

Yes, had my check by gp, was offered a referral for a surgery. It’s just a really bad diastasis I think. It was the same after 2nd, got better over time. Was fine after 1st. I’m very skinny usually but have big babies and put on lots 25+ kg weight.

It's clearly because you're worried, but it's quite disingenuous to ask people to guess how many weeks "along" you are, when you're actually not pregnant. People have answered in good faith.

Don't panic Op I look like this after birth .. about 12 weeks I looked just fat and no longer pregnant.. uterus took ages to go down after both big babies. I started some gentle exercise about 13 weeks pp.. as it goes I had gestational diabetes in my pregnancy and did gain some weight ( about a stone) , all on my tummy. Really weird as I'm naturally pear shaped and normally gain all over and extra on legs if I put on weight, normally slim. Anyway..

I'd start easy...
Pelvic floor exercises
Pilates relaxation position pelvic tilts
Pilates leg slides
Squats
Balances standing - activate core
Side plank there are variations not too hard.

Ok, so what do you want from this post? You decide to make a game out of that and ask us how far along you are for shits and giggles?

Gabby82 · 03/06/2020 18:21

Don't some people get irate on here over nothing! She's titled the post 'just for fun' so I imagine the purpose of the post is just a bit of fun, should people choose to partake!

pinkballoons20 · 03/06/2020 19:25

OP I'd really seek out the help of a good women's health physio. And don't ask people how far along you look, you'll make yourself upset.

MichelleOR84 · 03/06/2020 20:50

I am sooooo bad at this and I refuse to look at others replies lol .

I would say 28 weeks !!

Alwaystwomagpies · 03/06/2020 20:55

I’m 10 years post partum and I often look similar towards the end of the day!
