Early induction advice

I've just come back from my 36 week growth scan and the little man has slowed down again on growth (he was small at 32 weeks scan also). I have also been diagnosed with high blood pressure this week and will now be receiving monitoring 3 times a week until baby is born. The obstetrician has recommended another scan in 2 weeks, so at exactly 38 weeks and has then suggested that it is likely i'll been induced early. All this is fine and I'm happy to go along with whatever they tell me, especially with having these two potential risk factors now
What I'm wanting to know is if anyone has any advice on early induction, how it might happens, and also if they have gone through an induction having high blood pressure and baby who's growth has slowed.
TIA

My little girl was born at 37 weeks due to her measuring small throughout my pregnancy and growth starting to tail off during my last two weeks of pregnancy. She is nearly three and despite always being on the smaller side when she was little, she has caught up now.

Induction was exactly the same as any other induction. What I would say is not to worry too much and just listen to your body as you know it better than anyone. They class 37 weeks as being full term technically as baby will be ready to arrive any time from then anyway. Try not too work yourself up as this wont help you or baby. I’m sure your in safe hands so stay calm.
