Scared/desperate to test

I’m 2 days overdue my period, on a 31 day cycle (according to the Flo app). I’ve never conceived naturally (DD was first time success IVF). I’m dying to go buy a test, but know it’s v. Unlikely it will be positive.

I actually feel like I’m holding this period ‘in’, if you know what I mean.

Can’t mention to anyone else on real life; would be getting hopes up for everyone on top of myself.

Talk me down, a 33 day cycle isn’t that rare is it? On which day should I brave the test? Thinking 35?

Hi OP. If you're not experiencing symptoms of your period due or potential pregnancy symptoms, I'd give it a few more days if you can and if you haven't come on your period by the weekend I'd get yourself a test.
I don't think anyone will judge you if you test sooner! I think all of us are guilty of testing too many times! 😬😬😬

Thanks @lockdownpregnancy, think I needed someone to tell me to calm down a bit. I’ve a head full of ‘what ifs’! I think I’ll try to hold out to Thursday!
