I don’t have any advice but I do sympathise with you! I had horrific restless legs whilst I was pregnant and couldn’t find anything that helped!

Oh it's awful isn't it, and the last thing you need! Someone told me magnesium spray helps but I found it just made me itchy. Even more itchy that is!!

I ordered a leg cooling gel off amazon which worked enough to get me to sleep 😬

Oh I wish they would find a cure I feel for anyone suffering like me right now x

I've never been pregnant so can't speak from experience of pregnancy restless legs but I get them all of the time from medication I take. The only thing that works for me is stretching. Mainly focusing on the calves. The kind of lunge stretch and palms on the wall and bending to stretch. If I'm knackered I lie in bed and use a scald around my foot and raise my leg up. It sort of acts as a support and resistance for stretching. I also ding they're worse if I'm sitting on the sofa vs lying in bed. Great excuse to go to bed!

I had this. Consult your dr but mine prescribed magnesium supplements and that along with a hot bath worked wonders!

Also mine are worse when I've been on my feet lots so try to find a correlation between how active you are and the symptoms

I've always suffered with them but they were horrendous during the late stages of pregnancy. Nothing solved it and it was definitely worse the more tired I was.
My partner used to massage my legs but to the point of pain, squeezing them - then drumming his fists against them (it hurt him more than me) and that relieved it a bit but not completely. It was the only thing that helped.
