I'm 26 weeks and would say this has been for the last month or so - I would completely understand if I was still at work and on my feet all day, but I've been furloughed since the start of lockdown so spend most of my day at home apart from an hour out with the dog each day!

But my feet hurt aaaaall the time. I only need to stand for a little while before they start aching, and when I get back from a walk it's even worse. I've just spent half an hour stood up cooking and it feels like I've walked miles!

Did search through old threads but came across nothing... Anyone else having the same problem?

I'm 29+4 and had the same for a few weeks now. I've been looking into it and have found some info on the web about the hormone relaxin which is released through pregnancy and how it can relax ligaments in the feet and soften the 'arch'

I'm 23 weeks and my feet hurt when I've been pottering around the house and after I've been out with the dog, so your not alone.
I just put my feet up for a bit once I'm home.
Apparently wearing flat shoes isn't the best in pregnancy and wearing a small heel helps?
I've yet to try that suggestion I may add x
