Hi! At what point do I worry about ringing in ears? Should I even worry at all? I'm 8+4 and my ears have been ringing all afternoon, can barely hear myself speak, I feel I hear myself lisping! No other weird signs and symptoms but heard it is more common after week 20 so wondering why I'm getting it...
