Nervous about pregnancy

So I’m 25 +2 with twins
Iv had scans at 12 weeks, 20 weeks and 24 weeks
12 week NT measurements came back good and within range
They are growing within rang

I just have really bad anxiety that something is wrong with them or both? I don’t know why? It’s getting to the point where it’s all I think about and I just google everything and that doesn’t help.

Anyone else feel like this or just offer reassurance?

I think any pregnant lady gets nervous at some point and the worry doesn't end until you draw your last breath (hopefully when we are all really really old!)
The only thing I will say is Google is the devil!!! Forums, your midwife and your GP are probably your best resource as they will give you advice and reassure you as well.
I'm 23 weeks now with my first and my anxiety was crazy the first 20 weeks!
I still worry now but a lot less now that I know my boy is healthy and to date is growing well.
If your little bundles are wriggling around nicely and you feel well in yourself then try and enjoy this time the best you can xx

Hi there, I am not a nervous person but I had these feelings during pregnancy. Albeit perhaps not to the extent you are describing. If ever you have a specific cause for concern, call your midwife. You won’t be bothering them at all.

Agree with PP: do not google.

If you’ve got no reason to be concerned, then do not be concerned. No sign of nothing wrong is usually a good sign that nothing is wrong. If you have a reason to be concerned, then call for assistance.
