Was wondering if anyone could help me ?
I started the pill earlier on this year I came of it about 4 months ago I had normal cycle After I stopped and no irregular bleeding I then had another normal cycle then last month on the 18th I had spotting for 3 days it was pink/brown and sometimes a dark red (sorry for tmi) but not much at all mainly when I wiped but it did go on tampon not enough the fill it up though .

And this month I didn’t have a period ! And it’s the 1st tomorrow

I have had unprotected sex in this time .

But when I took a test it keeps coming back negative ?
I also keep getting headache and itchy nipple ? Which I never had and I dont really get headaches .

Please has anyone else had this ?

Your body goes through changes to get back to normal once you've come off the pill. Some women's periods are all over the place for a while after and some are lucky enough for them to go right back to normal.
Symptoms of your body changing will vary and you can get weird pregnancy symptoms and normal symptoms that you used to experience before when you are expecting your period.
I had all sorts when I came off the pill and was convinced I was pregnant but nope! I then had the exact same symptoms the month after and I was pregnant!
Our bodies do send misleading signals sometimes!
I'd get yourself some
CB digital OP sticks and use a period app so you can track your period and see when your body gets back into a regular rhythm 🥰

Thank you @lockdownpregnancy ❤️ it’s just so confusing because after I came of I had 2 periods then spotting in April now nothing and the same this month I still haven’t seen anything 😩 so now I don’t know if I have low HCG levels I spoke to doctors he told me to do another test at the end of month and if still coming back negative would have to go get blood test . Finger crossed I am ❤️
