Lightning crotch!

Hi! For the past few days I've had a really sharp shooting pain in the left side of my groin and crotch. I googled (🙄!) and apparently it's called lightning crotch and is linked to movement in the groin but I'm only 11+1 - has anyone ever had this early on? I haven't had a scan yet and I'm worrying it's abnormal. It's not constant and just a sharp flashing pin every so often - like nerve pain. Thank you!

Yes, I've been having them and bought ot up in another thread where lots of ladies said they were also having them and had them when pregnant with with previous children. I'm 14+4.

Very common and annoyingly, nothing you can do about it I’m now in the third trimester and have gotten used to it by now but have had it periodically throughout the pregnancy. Although it’s a lot more now that I’m much bigger and assumingly baby is leaning on a nerve or something

I can't remember when mine started (DD will be 1 this month) but I definitely remember having them! I think it was pretty early!
