I am 6 weeks pregnant and I had slight abdominal pains and tender breasts. Two days ago I had some bleeding with out any pain. Since then aside from slight nausia and fatigue I no longer have abdomnal pains or tenderness of the breasts. Are these symptoms of a m/c?

Just posted on your other thread - bleeding in itself isn't necessarily a sign...

sigi it is very very hard to tell without a scan, but I would say that the nauseau and fatigue are good signs.

As you many know, it really is a waiting game until that magic 12 week scan.

Best thing is to try not to panic and take care of yourself

It's very difficult to say, I'm afraid, and the only way you would know for sure would be a scan, conducted internally at this stage. Can you get an appointment at an EPU (early pregnancy unit), or a referral from a doctor? There is sadly not much you can do to prevent a miscarriage if it is going to happen. Take comfort in the fact that bleeding in early pregnancy is very common and that you still have some symptoms. Best wishes for it being just a scare.
