Hi lady's I just found out I'm pregnant a month ago so I'm still super early I had a miscarriage back in January this year. It really traumatised me that I think I developed PTSD I'm constantly having anxiety about this pregnancy and becoming a mum I'm sooo scared I just want everything to be OKKKKKK!!!! I'm super excited about being pregnant especially so soon after my miscarriage but I just need to find a way to calm down Sad

Hi @AlwaysBelieve19

I feel the same. We found out yesterday we were pregnant again after a mc at 6weeks and 2y ttc. I'm really trying to stay calm but it's always that thought at the back of your head asking is everything progressing well? I read an article last night about it. One couple didn't tell anyone they were pregnant until 20 weeks after mc while the other couple told everyone whilst only at 4 weeks! Whilst I don't think I could quite do that right now, their argument was "joy is joy" and that you should celebrate everything that brings happiness. So I'm trying to hold onto this mantra whilst remaining guarded.
I think what we are both feeling what anyone would feel having gone through what we went through. Just know that you are not alone. Sending big hugs. xxx

Just take it one day at a time and remind yourself daily that the odds are still very much in your favour this time. This is a new pregnancy and it isn't the same as the last time. I tell myself this all the time and it's true. The current situation with coronavirus doesn't make it easy as we tend to be less busy at the moment but I found the days where I had a lot to get on with were a lot easier to get through. All the best with your new pregnancy!
