Confusing stuff

Hey so I had 2 positive tests on 19/05 then another 1 on 22/05 & again on 23/05 I've called my gp and am booked for a scan in July. Gp has confirmed the pregnancy and I'm now 6+4 but on the 27/05 I had a negative and I've spoke to my gp again to let them know and he wasn't worried at all. He said not to worry as I'm in no pain and not bleeding. So my question is what do i do I've done tests since then and keep getting negatives but I'm still not bleeding. Am I pregnant or not? Doing these tests are driving me mad I just want to know what's going on. My last period was on 14/04 and I had 3 day bleed on the 11/05 but it was quite light and no clots were there. any advice would be amazing x

If your 6 weeks gone then I'd book yourself a private scan for when your 7 weeks so you can know for certain.
You'll drive yourself mad not knowing until July!
Have you had any symptoms?
I would say though that I've hardy had anything up to now and currently 23 weeks

I have heartburn and feel sick most days without being pregnant so not really sure. I feel bloated and I've got zero patience & am moody all the time at the moment but not sure if that's just me or pregnancy I'll look online for an early scan Thankyou x

I second looking into an early scan! There is such thing as hook effect if your levels are really high, which you could test by diluting your pee and testing again but I'm pretty sure you would still get a faint positive and then when you dilute it would be darker....have you tried taking a clearblue digital with the weeks indicator? They can handle higher levels of HCG and may show a positive result?
I'm 6 weeks and 5 days today and did another test randomly and mine are still very dark positives....

I'll look into that Thankyou! & will try diluting and testing again. I've tried a clear blue digital and a normal clear blue one and both were negative. X

Yes do check the hook effect. I thought it was rubbish but around the 6 week mark I decided to do a test and got a very faint line after having very dark positives the week before. I panicked but read about the hook effect. Tried a test with half urine half water =darker. Tried a test with literally a tiny drop of urine and the rest water and it was the darkest positive. Very weird!! If this doesn't work though I would think that the pregnancy may have failed and go for a scan so at least you know.
