37 weeks and sudden pelvic pressure

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and had pelvis pain for a while now but since last night I've been in agony! I have no idea what's changed but this is a whole new level of pain. TMI but down below is now really swollen as well and I've started peeing even more than usual. Has anyone else had this? Dreading going to bed tonight 😔

Same here for me. 38 weeks today and had it for last few days. Saw midwife yesterday and she said very normal as baby is now engaged 2/5. I find if I go on all fours and do yoga cat cow pose it can help. Otherwise get a gym ball/birthing ball and bounce on that as it’s softer than sitting on a chair?!
