Hi, although I’m not new to charting I don’t massively understand it Hmm
Does my chart look triphasic? Anyone a comparison to share with me? Thank you ☺️

No. But I've had triphasic charts and not been pregnant.

You need a sustained second rise. Yours looks more like a single spiked temp which may or may not be an anomaly.

No it doesn't look triphasic yet. But that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Mine only went triphasic after the positive test anyway.

It looks to me like you might have been taking temps at irregular times or maybe talking /drinking /moving around a bit before taking it, or using a not very accurate thermometer. It's still clear enough to see a pattern, so you might not mind, but it means spotting things like a secondary rise are harder.

Also, use fertility friend :) the app isn't as pretty but it's way more useful, it uses cross hairs which make seeing the phases easier, they have a mini course in charting you can take too through the app which helped me loads.

Ah thank you. I don’t hve the most amazing sleep pattern but always take it before getting out of bed/drinking/talking/first thing. But time will differ from about 0430-0700. Chart just looks different to previous and been feeling a bit nauseous but could just be coincidence

Not at the moment. My temp charts always looked identical up to around 13DPO, then my temp would usually plummet, and I’d know my period would come the next day. except the three times I’ve been pregnant it’s stayed high, but not any higher particularly than the previous days. After day 15/16, a few days after the positive test, it always then went a fair bit higher again, though obviously then it’s not useful as such as you already know you’re pregnant. Good luck OP!
