So tired!

Hi all. I'm nearly 31 weeks pregnant and have an (almost) three year old. I really want to work as long as possible, I only took 3 months off with my son and I think it was a huge mistake for me, so I want to try and take a full year with the little one this year. The problem is I'm so so tired. I became ill about a month ago and tested negative for Coronavirus (I isolated anyway on guidance from 111), however the doctor thinks it was a false negative and I've been left with horrible tiredness and an ongoing gut issue - loose stools (tmi - sorry!) and tiredness for 3-4 weeks now and I've lost half a stone since becoming ill. I'm having tests but all negative for anything so far. Any tips to keep me going? I love my job and I think working is really helping me during lockdown, plus it's not hugely taxing at the moment. Hubby is helping as much as he can but he's been ill too - I just feel like I'm a bit of a rubbish mummy and wife atm! Sometimes I'm really struggling to get out of bed in the morning because I'm so tired, or go out and go for walks etc with my little one / housework etc.
