Hey ladies,
I'm currently just over 6 weeks pregnant, and the nausea has started, about a week ago. Well it's just getting worse and worse. Smells, food aversions, everything. Well I'm due to go back to work next week and I just dont know how I'm going to cope with it. I've tried ginger, herbal teas, starving myself, eating dry crackers, toast ect as soon as I wake up, drinking loads of water. Any advice would be much appreciated thank you xx

Hiya. I was the exact same ☹️ From about 5 weeks too. Ginger didn't help, neither did teas. I found not much helped until the sickness passed a little, but the things I did find helped were smoothies and milkshakes because I struggled to eat. I also forced myself to eat a couple of slices of dry toast in the mornings and although some mornings it would take me over an hour to eat them, it really did help! Also fruit like satsumas and apples. I found mints helped too. Oh and orange juice!
