Sharp pain under bump - anyone had this?

Hi ladies,

I'm 29 weeks, FTM, and, about an hour ago, I was sitting on the edge of the bed with my feet on the floor leaning forward slightly, reading a message on my phone. My bump was kind of just hanging/resting between my thighs if you know what i mean. I don't think it was squashed.
Anyway, I stood up probably a little too quickly and immediately got a really sharp pain across my entire lower abdomen (right where the bump meets the public area). It didn't last long (1-2 mins) but it was enough to take my breath away and make me literally double over.

Anyone experienced anything like this before?

I thought round ligament pain but I've had this quite a bit and it tends to be on one side or the other and doesn't last as long. I also thought maybe I pulled something but the pain has gone now. Any ideas? Google isn't really helping.

Not sure if relevant but I have also had a constant dull, achy pain in the creases at the very front top of my thighs/groin area for several days now which I have been trying to stretch out (to no avail). It feels like my legs and hips are seizing up but stretching or walking it off doesnt seem to make any difference.

Baby is moving away as normal in there so I'm not particularly worried. More curious than anything else as it took me by surprise.

Anyone?

Can't help op but thought I would give you a bump as any pain during pregnancy is worrying hope it stays away Thanks

I have the exact same thing, the only way i can describe it is like pulling a muscle/ligament. Pain soon goes away... it normally happens if I'm in a weird position or get up too quickly in bed.. I wouldn't worry, it's happened a number of times for me... I think it's just one of those this is women have to put up with in pregnancy x

@tassedecafe thank you. I'm used to aches and pains now but the strength shocked me. All ok now.

@Laurabry thanks for replying. I think your right about it just being one of those things it just shocked me as it felt different to the pains I've had before. Happy to report that baby is still moving around like mad today so all seems fine.

@sel2223 that's great that baby is moving nicely! Pregnancy can play havoc with you and any slight niggle or harsh pain gets you worried! Always good to talk about it 💜
