I’m currently 32+1 and waiting MRI as advised even though two ultrasounds have been done thoroughly (also one internal) and they can not see any evidence or features of accreta.
But because placenta is left lateral with anterior component = over previous c-section scar. They do like to do an MRI.
But then I see it can still be missed on an MRI. The consultant still discussed natural birth if placenta moved (& she expects it could) but also that they may still treat me as suspected accreta (depending on MRI results). I’m terribly confused and scared.
I feel that after todays appointment... The more the evening goes on the more questions I have (which I will be asking the consultant the first chance I can). But just probably need some experiences / reassurance so I can hopefully sleep.
Anyone similar experience or advise for keeping sane?
