Hi I’m pregnant again after a MC earlier this year. I had a positive this weekend and have no symptoms at all. I’m panicking because my last pregnancy I had really painful cramps and breasts, increased sense of smell etc. Has anyone else had this?

I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant after 2 miscarriages and apart from some bloating between 12-16 weeks Iv had a symptom free pregnancy so far and can forget I’m even pregnant some days!

I know it’s hard to stay positive but until there is any signs anything is wrong just enjoy the fact you’re symptom free :).

I wish you the best of luck with your pregnancy and just remember to try and enjoy it :) xx

@ek3009 I am sorry for your losses, it is extremely hard. I’ve done 4 clear blue tests 1 digi and around 15 cheapies 😩 I’m so worried but hoping my GP will give me a blood test tomorrow. Thank you very much for replying, good luck with your pregnancy xx

OP I can only imagine your worry but I'm 22 weeks and if I didn't have a bump I wouldn't even know I was pregnant!
To date (I don't want to jinx it 😝) I've breezed through, other than the odd crappy day.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that all is well and this time you have a happy and healthy pregnancy 🥰🥰

Hi OP, thought I’d hop on for some reassurance, I had no symptoms with my first pregnancy, and currently 12+5 with my second and exactly the same. Hoping this carries on as I had such a lovely pregnancy with DS, same again would be ideal. Sorry for your earlier loss, try not to panic about the lack of symptoms just now. Do you know how far along you might be? We were around 8weeks when we found out this time because of the lack of symptoms & my irregular periods! Makes the dreaded 1st trimester go much quicker though, lol.

Sorry for your previous loss OP
My first pregnancy ended in miscarriage and I had symptoms very early but my second pregnancy with DD I found that my symptoms weren’t very apparent til around 6 weeks and on, and there were still days where I felt fine (which was a relief!) so not having symptoms isn’t always a bad thing the same as having symptoms! And if you do you can still have days where you feel better than others.
But I know quite a few ladies who had a complete breeze of a pregnancy - no symptoms not even a whiff of MS!
I hope everything goes well for you x

I’m 4+3 and also have no symptoms, but with my mc and successful pregnancy I had nausea and sore boobs right before I tested so I totally understand your anxiety. When you’ve had a mc it’s hard to relax, but I try and think that the odds of it all going right are far greater than it going wrong xx

Ek3009 · 27/05/2020 08:25

@Sophj19 I can completely understand how you are feeling. I was a serial tester too! Haha.

Just know as the weeks go on the anxiety and worry does get better. It will always be there and I think that would be the same if you hadn’t had a loss but I promise you will start to get excited the further on you get.

Just take it a step at a time and look forward to every milestone you get to eg. Your 8 week midwife app then your 12 week scan etc. And always remember the odds are on your side xx

@Sophj19 just to add to, try not to google everything as your anxiety will just get worse!
I've said many a time on this forum that google is the devil!
Try to use this forum or speak with your midwife or GP if you have any concerns. 🥰🥰🥰

@TerrierMama I think I’m around 3.5 weeks so still very early but I’ve been testing since 7dpo 😂. Had blood work done by my GP this morning so fingers crossed it will be good news. I will update when I get results.
Thank you to all that’s have replied you’ve really given me some peace of mind xxx
