Pre packaged meat

Hi guys just quick question may sound really silly but read lots of conflicting things about pre packaged meat!!
Can you eat cold pre cooked pre packaged meat whilst pregnant??? Smile

Yes. Pre cooked is fine (but not pate).

Cured meat is debated (salami, Parma ham etc) with different opinions in different places. My midwife said as long as I don't eat it every day it should be fine, especially the mass produced supermarket type.
