So clear blue test was taken on Thursday, cheap test taken this morning. Did take a digital about an hour ago and it came up positive 1-2 weeks. Haven’t got a good feelingSad

I'm confused - both the pink dye, more recent tests are positive?

Rainbow1808 · 26/05/2020 18:32

The clear blue was taken 5 days ago, the cheap one this morning. I thought the line on the cheap test would be much darker now

I used a FRER for my BFP. It was weeks later before I got a strong line on a cheappie.

RumpoleoftheBaileys · 26/05/2020 18:34

A line is a line and if you've done a digi, it's all good.

Bumble84 · 26/05/2020 18:36

It is a bit lighter but your comparing apples with pears. Two different tests and ones pink, ones blue. I wouldn’t be overly concerned

RunnerGirl123 · 26/05/2020 18:39

It's difficult to compare different brands of tests and line progressionis not always clear as so much can affect the level of hcg in your urine. Both tests are positive and the positive digital is a good sign too.

Hiya.

I did three tests when I found out I was pregnant.

One of those cheap one step ones you've just done. A clearblue digital and a first response.

The cheap test was a really faint line, but the clearblue and the first response said "pregnant" and was a blazing positive. I'll attach photos so you can see.

They're just not as good.
Don't panic. You're pregnant. Congratulations!!! 🥰

Also forgot to add, those cheap tests the lines didn't get stronger until I was like 6-7 weeks pregnant, could have even been later. I loved seeing positive tests and just kept testing 🙄🤣

💕

I had the squinter of squinters on a cheapie test but a bold positive on a FRER. You defo can't compare the two, and can't compare pink dye to blue dye tests. I'd say you're pregnant - congrats! X

Thank you everyone you have all put my mind at ease💕

@Rainbow1808 I’m going through exactly the same thing now, my cheapies are so faint, I’ve taken 3 clear blue tests which were all positive and a digi said 1-2 weeks. This is my tests from Sunday to today. They are getting slightly darker but not as dark as I thought. I literally haven’t got any symptoms either x

@Sophj19 won’t let me tag you! It’s so frustrating isn’t it! I’m like 99% sure I am pregnant but there’s just a little part of me that’s doubting it! But going off the replies on here it does seem like this is quite common! x

@Rainbow1808 yes I think the clearblue/ FRER are much more reliable, however I am going to ring my GP tomorrow to arrange for bloods done as I’ve had MC in the past. I’ve got very few symptoms too. Slight cramping but that’s it x

Rainbow1808 · 26/05/2020 21:54

@Sophj19 aw I’m sorry to hear thatFlowers I don’t really have any symptoms eitherHmm I’ve been having cramping on and off and a little sickness now and then but other than that nothing x
