Late pregnancy symptom... it's a weird one

I'm 39+4 and it feels like my tongue is burnt when it isn't!!! I'm not especially worried but just wondered if I'm the only woman in the world to have experienced this rather bizarre sensation!!!!!!!!!!!

No, really haven't had anything hot at all! It comes on in the evenings, and is gone by morning. Don't think it's thrush in the mouth... tongue looks a normal colour and everything.

Maybe I'm imagining it!
